The Department of Romance Languages and Literatures at Villanova University invites applications for the position of continuing non-tenure track with the rank of Assistant Professor in Spanish beginning August 2018.

Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate should have demonstrated excellence in teaching language at the Introductory and Intermediate levels. In addition to teaching, the candidates responsibilities will include departmental service, organizing extracurricular activities, and student mentoring.
The area of specialization is Spanish linguistics but other areas of Peninsular or Latin American literature may also be considered. PhD and native or near-native fluency in Spanish and English are required.
