Expertise: My research interests focus on an interdisciplinary approach to Colonial Latin American Literatures and Cultural Productions, Transatlantic studies, and Post-Colonial Theory with emphasis on Mexico. I am also interested in Latin American Indigenous cultural productions, Material Culture, Codices, the Aztec language (Nahuatl), Gender Studies, and Translation Studies
